Islam – A false religion –
for many reasons

Muslims claim the Quran is the final revelation of God. Muslims make this claim based on two contradictory assertions:
1) Muslims claim the Bible is corrupt so God had to give the Quran to Mohammed
HOW DO MUSLIMS KNOW THE BIBLE BECAME CORRUPTED? Who changed the Bible? When was it changed? Which parts were changed and which parts weren’t? There are many great libraries in the Muslim world. The Bible and the Jewish Torah (Christian Old Testament) were both available to Mohammed during his life. If the Bible and Torah were corrupted, why hasn’t someone come forth with a “correct” one to prove the others are “corrupted”. We are not talking about a few sentences here and there. The Bible and the Quran have almost nothing in common. There has been tremendous research into the accuracy of the current Bible with ancient manuscripts and it has been proven that there are only a few minor issues concerning the Bible’s accuracy. This proves in itself that the Muslim claim is bogus.
2) Muslims claim the Bible prophesies about the coming of Mohammed, who is the “Comforter” in the Bible.
The Bible does NOT prophesy about Mohammed. It is odd for Muslims to claim the Bible is corrupt and in the next breath claim it prophesies about the coming of Mohammed. This is an exercise in futility. Why would Muslims care what the Bible says if it is corrupt? In any case, Mohammed is not mentioned anywhere in the Bible. Some Muslim theologians have engaged in semantic acrobats to figure out a way to have the Bible prophesy about the coming of Mohammed, but these efforts are dishonest and are easily disproven. All this effort raises the question of why Muslims are so anxious to have the Bible prophesy about Mohammed. The answer is that Muslim theologians realize that the Quran recognizes the authenticity of the Christian Gospels and the Jewish Torah/Christian Old Testament. There are many prophesies in the Old Testament concerning the coming of the Messiah – Jesus Christ. There are no prophesies about Mohammed. The Bible is the final revelation of God. Jesus is the only Messiah. Moments before Jesus died on the cross, He said “it is finished.” God’s work of saving the human race is done. There are no more Messiah’s coming.
The term ”Comforter,” is a reference to the Holy Spirit. There are many descriptions for the Holy Spirit in the Bible and none of them fit Mohammed. Mohammed was not a spirit and he most certainly was not holy.
Since both of these assertions are wrong, there is no valid reason to believe in Islam.
And there are 7 more sections in this article with additional evidence proving Islam is a false religion:
3) The Quran states the Bible and Jewish Torah are accurate
4) Scientific claims in the Quran are wrong
5) Mohammed did NOT hear from God or an angel
6) The Quran has contradictions
7) There were different versions of the Quran
8) Islam spread by violence
9) Muslim Culture
Conclusions, Sources
Most Muslims are the product of an accident of birth and culture. Islam cannot stand up to close examination.
3) The Quran states the Bible and Jewish Torah are accurate
THERE IS NOT ONE SINGLE VERSE IN THE QURAN THAT STATES THE TORAH OR CHRISTIAN GOSPELS ARE INACCURATE OR CORRUPTED. So why would Muslims today say the Bible is corrupt when the Quran says otherwise? There are verses in the Quran which exhorts people to follow and believe in the Jewish Torah and Christian Gospels. There are numerous verses that state the accuracy of the Gospels and the Torah. Why would the Quran tell people to believe in the Bible and Torah?
Another problem for Muslims is that there are a considerable number of Bibles in existence that predate Mohammed that confirm that the modern Bible is nearly identical. The oldest known Bible in existence is codex sinaiticus, written in the middle of the fourth century. This Bible can be viewed online at:
http://www.codexsinaiticus.org/en/
The following verses from the Quran show that the Quran regards the Torah and Gospels as accurate during the time of Mohammed.
There are four translations for each verse:
The first translation is by Abdullah Yusuf Ali (1872-1953). He was an Indian Islamic scholar and his translation is one of the most widely used in the world.
The second translation is by Marmaduke Pickthall (1875-1936) An English convert to Islam, his translation is also widely used in the English speaking world.
The third translation is by Mohammed Habib Shakir (1866-1939) An Egyptian judge, he has been credited with this widely cited translation.
The fourth translation is by Muhammad Asad. This translation was published in 2003. Printed by Oriental Press, Dubai. This Quran is distributed by The Council of American-Islamic Relations. This version is very political: “problem” verses are reworded to change the true meaning.
“God” has been changed to “Allah.”

Sura 9:111
Yusuf Ali – Allah hath purchased of the believers their persons and their goods; for theirs (in return) is the garden (of Paradise): they fight in His cause, and slay and are slain: a promise binding on Him in truth, through the Law, the Gospel, and the Qur’an: and who is more faithful to his covenant than Allah? then
rejoice in the bargain which ye have concluded: that is the achievement supreme.
Pickthall – Lo! Allah hath bought from the believers their lives and their wealth because the Garden will be theirs: they shall fight in the way of Allah and shall slay and be slain. It is a promise which is binding on Him in the Torah and the Gospel and the Qur’an. Who fulfilleth His covenant better than Allah? Rejoice then in your bargain that ye have made, for that is the supreme triumph.
Shakir – Surely Allah has bought of the believers their persons and their property for this, that they shall have the garden; they fight in Allah’s way, so they slay and are slain; a promise which is binding on Him in the
Taurat and the Injeel and the Quran; and who is more faithful to his covenant than Allah? Rejoice therefore in the pledge which you have made; and that is the mighty achievement.
Asad – Behold, Allah has bought of the believers their lives and their possessions, promising them paradise in return, {and so} they fight in Allah‘s cause, and slay, and are slain: a promise which in truth He has willed upon Himself in {the words of} the Torah, and the Gospel, and the Quran. And who could be more faithful to his covenant than Allah?”

Sura 3:3
Yusuf Ali – It is He Who sent down to thee (step by step), in truth, the Book, confirming what went before it; and He sent down the Law (of Moses) and the Gospel (of Jesus) before this, as a guide to mankind, and He sent down the criterion (of judgment between right and wrong).
Pickthall – He hath revealed unto thee (Muhammad) the Scripture with truth, confirming that which was
(revealed) before it, even as He revealed the Torah and the Gospel.
Shakir – He has revealed to you the Book with truth, verifying that which is before it, and He revealed the Tavrat and the Injeel aforetime, a guidance for the people, and He sent the Furqan.
Asad – Step by step has He bestowed upon thee from on high this divine writ, setting forth the truth which confirms whatever there still remains {of earlier revelations}, for it is He who has bestowed from on high the Torah and the Gospel aforetime, as a guidance unto mankind, and it is He who has bestowed {upon man} the standard by which to discern the true from the false.

Sura 46:12
Yusuf Ali – And before this, was the Book of Moses as a guide and a mercy: And this Book confirms (it) in the Arabic tongue; to admonish the unjust, and as Glad Tidings to those who do right.
Pickthall – When before it there was the Scripture of Moses, an example and a mercy; and this is a confirming Scripture in the Arabic language, that it may warn those who do wrong and bring good tidings for the righteous.
Shakir – And before it the Book of Musa was a guide and a mercy: and this is a Book verifying (it) in the Arabic language that it may warn those who are unjust and as good news for the doers of good.
Asad – And yet, before this there was the revelation of Moses (the Torah or Old Testament), a guide and a {sign of God’s} grace; and this {Quran} is a divine writ confirming the truth {of the Torah} in the Arabic tongue, to warn those who are bent on evildoing, and {to bring} a glad tiding to the doers of good.

Sura 6:154-157
Yusuf Ali – Moreover, We gave Moses the Book, completing (Our favour) to those who would do right, and explaining all things in detail,- and a guide and a mercy, that they might believe in the meeting with their Lord.
And this is a Book which We have revealed as a blessing: so follow it and be righteous, that ye may receive mercy:
Lest ye should say: “The Book was sent down to two Peoples before us, and for our part, we remained unacquainted with all that they learned by assiduous study:”
Or lest ye should say: “If the Book had only been sent down to us, we should have followed its guidance better than they.” Now then hath come unto you a clear (sign) from your Lord,- and a guide and a mercy: then who could do more wrong than one who rejecteth Allah’s signs, and turneth away therefrom? In good time shall We requite those who turn away from Our signs, with a dreadful penalty, for their turning away.
Pickthall – Again, We gave the Scripture unto Moses, complete for him who would do good, an explanation of all things, a guidance and a mercy, that they might believe in the meeting with their Lord.
And this is a blessed Scripture which We have revealed. So follow it and ward off (evil), that ye may find mercy.
Lest ye should say: The Scripture was revealed only to two sects before us, and we in sooth were unaware of what they read;
Or lest ye should say: If the Scripture had been revealed unto us, we surely had been better guided than are they. Now hath there come unto you a clear proof from your Lord, a guidance and mercy; and who doeth greater wrong than he who denieth the revelations of Allah, and turneth away from them? We award unto those who turn away from Our revelations an evil doom because of their aversion.
Shakir – Again, We gave the Book to Musa to complete (Our blessings) on him who would do good (to others), and making plain all things and a guidance and a mercy, so that they should believe in the meeting of their Lord.
And this is a Book We have revealed, blessed; therefore follow it and guard (against evil) that mercy may be shown to you.
Lest you say that the Book was only revealed to two parties before us and We were truly unaware of what they read.
Or lest you should say: If the Book had been revealed to us, we would certainly have been better guided than they, so indeed there has come to you clear proof from your Lord, and guidance and mercy. Who then is more unjust than he who rejects Allah’s communications and turns away from them? We will reward those who turn away from Our communications with an evil chastisement because they turned away.
Asad – We vouchsafed the divine writ unto Moses in fulfillment [of Our favour] upon those who persevered in doing good, clearly spelling out everything, and [thus providing] guidance and grace, so that they might have faith in the [final] meeting with their Sustainer.
And this, too, is a divine writ which We have bestowed from on high, a blessed one: follow it, then, and be conscious of God, so that you might be graced with His mercy. [It has been given to you] lest you say, “Only unto two groups of people, [both of them] before our time, has a divine writ been bestowed from on high – and we were indeed unaware of their teachings”;
or lest you say, “If a divine writ had been bestowed from on high upon us, we would surely have followed its guidance better than they did.”
And so, a clear evidence of the truth has now come unto you from your Suystainer, and guidance, and grace. Who, then, could be more wicked than he who gives the lie to Allah’s messages, and turns away from them in disdain? We shall requite those who turn away from Our messages in disdain with evil suffering for having thus turned away!

Sura 10:37
Yusuf Ali – This Qur’an is not such as can be produced by other than Allah; on the contrary it is a confirmation of (revelations) that went before it, and a fuller explanation of the Book – wherein there is no doubt – from the Lord of the worlds.
Pickthall – And this Qur’an is not such as could ever be invented in despite of Allah; but it is a confirmation of that which was before it and an exposition of that which is decreed for mankind – Therein is no doubt – from the Lord of the Worlds.
Shakir – And this Quran is not such as could be forged by those besides Allah, but it is a verification of that which is before it and a clear explanation of the book, there is no doubt in it, from the Lord of the worlds.
Asad – Now this Quran could not possibly have been devised by anyone save Allah; nay indeed, it confirms the truth of whatever there still remains [of earlier revelations] and clearly spells out the revelation [which comes] – let there be no doubt about it – from the Sustainer of all the worlds.

Sura 5:43-44
Yusuf Ali – But why do they come to thee for decision, when they have (their own) law before them?- therein is the (plain) command of Allah; yet even after that, they would turn away. For they are not (really) People
of Faith.
It was We who revealed the law (to Moses): therein was guidance and light. By its standard have been judged the Jews, by the prophets who bowed (as in Islam) to Allah’s will, by the rabbis and the doctors of law: for to them was entrusted the protection of Allah’s book, and they were witnesses thereto: therefore fear not men, but fear me, and sell not my signs for a miserable price. If any do fail to judge by (the light of) what Allah hath revealed, they are (no better than) Unbelievers.
Pickthall – How come they unto thee for judgment when they have the Torah, wherein Allah hath delivered judgment (for them)? Yet even after that they turn away. Such (folk) are not believers.
Lo! We did reveal the Torah, wherein is guidance and a light, by which the prophets who surrendered (unto Allah) judged the Jews, and the rabbis and the priests (judged) by such of Allah’s Scripture as they were bidden to observe, and thereunto were they witnesses. So fear not mankind, but fear Me. And My revelations for a little gain. Whoso judgeth not by that which Allah hath revealed: such are disbelievers.
Shakir – And how do they make you a judge and they have the Taurat wherein is Allah’s judgment? Yet they turn back after that, and these are not the believers.
Surely We revealed the Taurat in which was guidance and light; with it the prophets who submitted themselves (to Allah) judged (matters) for those who were Jews, and the masters of Divine knowledge and the doctors, because they were required to guard (part) of the Book of Allah, and they were witnesses thereof; therefore fear not the people and fear Me, and do not take a small price for My communications; and whoever did not judge by what Allah revealed, those are they that are the unbelievers.
Asad – But how is it that they ask thee for judgment – seeing that they have the Torah, containing God’s injunctions – and thereafter turn away [from thy judgment]?
Verily, it is We who bestowed from on high the Torah, wherein there was guidance and light. On its strength did the prophets, who had surrendered themselves unto Allah, deliver judgement unto those who followed the Jewish faith; and so did the [early] men of God and the rabbis, inasmuch as some of Allah’s writ had been entrusted to their care: and they [all] bore witness to its truth. Therefore, [O children of Israel,] hold not men in awe, but stand in awe of Me; and do not barter away My messages for a trifling gain: for they who do not judge in accordance with what Allah has bestowed from on high are, indeed, deniers of the truth!

Sura 5:46-48:
Yusuf Ali – And in their footsteps We sent Jesus the son of Mary, confirming the Law that had come before him: We sent him the Gospel: therein was guidance and light, and confirmation of the Law that had come before him: a guidance and an admonition to those who fear Allah.
Let the people of the Gospel judge by what Allah hath revealed therein. If any do fail to judge by (the light of) what Allah hath revealed, they are (no better than) those who rebel.
To thee We sent the Scripture in truth, confirming the scripture that came before it, and guarding it in safety: so judge between them by what Allah hath revealed, and follow not their vain desires, diverging from the Truth that hath come to thee. To each among you have we prescribed a law and an open way. If Allah had so willed, He would have made you a single people, but (His plan is) to test you in what He hath given you: so strive as in a race in all virtues. The goal of you all is to Allah; it is He that will show you the truth of the matters in which ye dispute;
Pickthall – And We caused Jesus, son of Mary, to follow in their footsteps, confirming that which was (revealed) before him in the Torah, and We bestowed on him the Gospel wherein is guidance and a light, confirming that which was (revealed) before it in the Torah – a guidance and an admonition unto those who ward off (evil).
Let the People of the Gospel judge by that which Allah hath revealed therein. Whoso judgeth not by that which Allah hath revealed: such are evil-livers.
And unto thee have We revealed the Scripture with the truth, confirming whatever Scripture was before it, and a watcher over it. So judge between them by that which Allah hath revealed, and follow not their desires away from the truth which hath come unto thee. For each We have appointed a divine law and a traced-out way. Had Allah willed He could have made you one community. But that He may try you by that which He hath given you (He hath made you as ye are). So vie one with another in good works. Unto Allah ye will all return, and He will then inform you of that wherein ye differ.
Shakir – And We sent after them in their footsteps Isa, son of Marium, verifying what was before him of the Taurat and We gave him the Injeel in which was guidance and light, and verifying what was before it of Taurat and a guidance and an admonition for those who guard (against evil).
And the followers of the Injeel should have judged by what Allah revealed in it; and whoever did not judge by what Allah revealed, those are they that are the transgressors.
And We have revealed to you the Book with the truth, verifying what is before it of the Book and a guardian over it, therefore judge between them by what Allah has revealed, and do not follow their low desires (to turn away) from the truth that has come to you; for every one of you did We appoint a law and a way, and if Allah had pleased He would have made you (all) a single people, but that He might try you in what He gave you, therefore strive with one another to hasten to virtuous deeds; to Allah is your return, of all (of you), so He will let you know that in which you differed;
Asad – And we caused Jesus, the son of Mary, to follow in the footsteps of those [earlier prophets], confirming the truth of whatever there still remained of the Torah; and We vouchsafed unto him the Gospel, wherein there was guidance and light, confirming the truth of whatever there still remained of the Torah, and as a guidance and admonition unto the God-conscious.
Let, then, the followers of the Gospel judge in accordance with what God has revealed therein: for they who do not judge in the light of what God has bestowed from on high – it is they, they who are truly iniquitous!
And unto thee [O Prophet] have We vouchsafed this divine writ, setting forth the truth, confirming the truth of whatever there still remains of earlier revelations and determining what is true therein. Judge, then, between the followers of earlier revelation in accordance with what Allah has bestowed from on high, and do not follow their errant views, forsaking truth that has come unto thee. Unto every one of you have We appointed a [different] law and way of life. And if Allah had so willed, He could surely have made you all one single community: but [He willed it otherwise] in order to test you by means of what He has vouchsafed unto you. Vie, then, with one another in doing good works! Unto Allah you all must return; and then He will make you truly understand all that on which you were wont to differ.

Sura 12:111
Yusuf Ali – There is, in their stories, instruction for men endued with understanding. It (the Quran) is not a tale invented, but a confirmation of what went before it,- a detailed exposition of all things, and a guide and a mercy to any such as believe.
Pickthall – In their history verily there is a lesson for men of understanding. It (the Quran) is no invented story but a confirmation of the existing (Scripture) and a detailed explanation of everything, and a guidance and a mercy for folk who believe.
Shakir – In their histories there is certainly a lesson for men of understanding. It (the Quran) is not a narrative which could be forged, but a verification of what is before it and a distinct explanation of all things and a guide and a mercy to a people who believe.
Asad – …[As for this revelation,] it (the Quran) could not possibly be a discourse invented [by man]; nay indeed, it is [a divine writ] confirming the truth of whatever there still remains [of earlier revelations], clearly spelling out everything, and [offering] guidance and grace unto people who will believe.

Sura 4:162-163
Yusuf Ali – But those among them who are well-grounded in knowledge, and the believers, believe in what hath been revealed to thee and what was revealed before thee: And (especially) those who establish regular prayer and practice regular charity and believe in Allah and in the Last Day: To them shall We soon give a great reward. We have sent thee inspiration, as We sent it to Noah and the Messengers after him: we sent inspiration to Abraham, Isma’il, Isaac, Jacob and the Tribes, to Jesus, Job, Jonah, Aaron, and solomon, and to David We gave the Psalms.
Pickthall – But those of them who are firm in knowledge and the believers believe in that which is revealed unto thee, and that which was revealed before thee, especially the diligent in prayer and those who pay the poor-due, the believers in Allah and the Last Day. Upon these We shall bestow immense reward. Lo! We inspire thee as We inspired Noah and the prophets after him, as We inspired Abraham and Ishmael and Isaac and Jacob and the tribes, and Jesus and Job and Jonah and Aaron and Solomon, and as We imparted unto David the Psalms;
Shakir – But the firm in knowledge among them and the believers believe in what has been revealed to. you and what was revealed before you, and those who keep up prayers and those who give the poor-rate and the believers in Allah and the last day, these it is whom We will give a mighty reward. Surely We have revealed to you as We revealed to Nuh, and the prophets after him, and We revealed to Ibrahim and Ismail and Ishaq and Yaqoub and the tribes, and Isa and Ayub and Yunus and Haroun and Sulaiman and We gave to Dawood.
Asad – But as for those from among them who are deeply rooted in knowledge, and the believers who believe in that which has been bestowed upon thee from on high as well as that which was bestowed from on high before thee, and those who are [especially] constant in prayer, and spend in charity, and all who believe in God and the Last Day – these it is unto whom We shall grant a mighty reward. Behold, We have inspired thee [O Prophet] just as We inspired Noah and all the prophets after him – as We inspired Abraham, and Ismael, and Isaac, and Jacob, and their descendants, including Jesus, and Job, and Jonah, and Aaron, and Solomon; and as We vouchsafed unto David a book of divine wisdom. [The Psalms]
(There are no Psalms in the Quran!! The Quran is referencing the Bible. Why reference a Book that is corrupt?)
——————————————————————————–
Sura 5:68-71
Yusuf Ali – Say: “O People of the Book! ye have no ground to stand upon unless ye stand fast by the Law, the Gospel, and all the revelation that has come to you from your Lord.” It is the revelation that cometh to thee from thy Lord, that increaseth in most of them their obstinate rebellion and blasphemy. But sorrow thou not over (these) people without Faith. Those who believe (in the Qur’an), those who follow the Jewish (scriptures), and the Sabians and the Christians,- any who believe in Allah and the Last Day, and work righteousness,- on them shall be no fear, nor shall they grieve. We took the covenant of the Children of Israel and sent them messengers, every time, there came to them a messenger with what they themselves desired not – some (of these) they called impostors, and some they (go so far as to) slay. They thought there would be no trial (or punishment); so they became blind and deaf; yet Allah (in mercy) turned to them; yet again many of them became blind and deaf. But Allah sees well all that they do.
Pickthall – Say O People of the Scripture! Ye have naught (of guidance) till ye observe the Torah and the Gospel and that which was revealed unto you from your Lord. That which is revealed unto thee (Muhammad) from thy Lord is certain to increase the contumacy and disbelief of many of them. But grieve not for the disbelieving folk. Lo! those who believe, and those who are Jews, and Sabaeans, and Christians – Whosoever believeth in Allah and the Last Day and doeth right – there shall no fear come upon them neither shall they grieve. We made a covenant of old with the Children of Israel and We sent unto them messengers. As often as a messenger came unto them with that which their souls desired not (they became rebellious). Some (of them) they denied and some they slew. They thought no harm would come of it, so they were wilfully blind and deaf. And afterward Allah turned (in mercy) toward them. Now (even after that) are many of them wilfully blind and deaf. Allah is Seer of what they do.
Shakir – Say: O followers of the Book! you follow no good till you keep up the Taurat and the Injeel and that which is revealed to you from your Lord; and surely that which has been revealed to you from your Lord shall make many of them increase in inordinacy and unbelief; grieve not therefore for the unbelieving people. Surely those who believe and those who are Jews and the Sabians and the Christians whoever believes in Allah and the last day and does good– they shall have no fear nor shall they grieve. Certainly We made a covenant with the children of Israel and We sent to them messengers; whenever there came to them an messenger with what that their souls did not desire, some (of them) did they call liars and some they slew. And they thought that there would be no affliction, so they became blind and deaf; then Allah turned to them mercifully, but many of them became blind and deaf; and Allah is well seeing what they do.
Asad – Say: “O followers of the Bible! You have no valid ground for your beliefs unless you [truly] observe the Torah and the Gospel, and all that has been bestowed from on high upon you by your Sustainer!” Yet all that has been bestowed from on high upon thee [O Prophet] by thy Sustainer is bound to make many of them yet more stubborn in their overweening arrogance and in their denial of the truth. But sorrow not over people who deny the truth; for verily, those who have attained to faith [in the divine writ], as well as those who follow the Jewish faith, and the Sabians, and the Christians – all who believe in God and the Last Day and do righteous deeds – no fear need they have, and neither shall they grieve. Indeed,. we accepted a solemn pledge from the children of Israel, and we sent apostles unto them; [but] every time an apostle came unto them with anything that was not to their liking, [they rebelled;] to some of them they gave the lie, while others they would slay, thinking that no harm would befall them; and so they became blind and deaf [of heart]. Thereafter God accepted their repentance: and again many of them became blind and deaf. But God sees all that they do.
This is only a partial listing of verses in the Quran which support this position.
———————————————————————————————
4) Scientific statements in the Quran are wrong.
Claims by Moslems that the Quran contains scientific revelations are NOT true. Moslems have gone to extreme lengths to prove scientific revelations in the Quran, but all of these supposed Divine revelations are bogus for one of three reasons: 1) the verses are so vague they could be interpreted any number of ways: 2) Some revelations are mere observations of nature: or 3) Scientific statements that are just plain WRONG.
Some examples of scientific statements that are WRONG:
The Water Cycle:
Water (1) evaporates from the seas and the earth; (2) becomes clouds; which (3) give rain; which (4) causes the land to bring forth, and (5) replenishes the water table, which reveals itself by gushing springs and full wells. Many verses in the Quran show steps 2, 3 and 4: 50:9-11, 35:9, 30:48, 7:57, 25:48-49, 45:5. Step 5 is claimed in verses 23:18-19, 15:22, and 39:21. There are no verses in the Quran showing step l.
Interestingly, steps 2, 3, 4 and 5 were all known facts during and well before this time. Step 1 was not understood until much later in history and this is the step that there is no “foreknowledge” of from the Quran.
Now consider the Bible in Amos 5:8 (written about 1000 years before the Quran. This verse shows steps 1 and 3. From the book of Job in the Bible, (about 1000 years before the Quran) verses 36:26-28 shows steps 1, 2 and 3. The book of the Prophet Hosea from the Bible, verse 13:15 clearly show step 5.
——————————————————————————-
Barrier between salt water and fresh water:
In the Quran, verses 55:19-20 and 25:53 state that salt water and fresh water do not mix because there is a “barrier” between them.
Sura 55:19-20 – “He has made the two seas to flow freely (so that) they meet together:
Between them is a barrier which they cannot pass.” (Shakir)
Sura 25:53 – “And He it is Who has made two seas to flow freely, the one sweet that
subdues thirst by its sweetness, and the other salt that burns by its saltness; and between the two He has made a barrier and inviolable obstruction.” (Shakir)
Sura 55:19-20 – “He has given freedom to the two great bodies of water, so that they might meet; [yet] between them is a barrier which they may not transgress.” (Asad)
Sura 25:53 – “And He it is who has given freedom of movement to the two great bodies of water – the one sweet and thirst allaying, and the other salty and bitter – and yet has wrought between them a barrier and a forbidding ban.” (Asad)
The oceans are all salt water. When fresh water from a river empties into the ocean, it doesn’t immediately mix because salt water is denser than fresh water. But over time, it does mix together. There is no barrier. If the Quran was correct, we would have large bodies of fresh water separate from salt water in the ocean.

Development of human embryo:
Muslims claim the Quran describes five stages of fetal development which are: 1) sperm (nutfa) 2) clot (‘alaqa) 3) piece or lump of flesh (mudagha) 4) bones (‘adaam) 5) dressing the bones with muscles. The following verses show the Quranic description of the 5 stage development of the human fetus: 23:12-14(stages 1 through 5), 75:37-39(stage 1, 2), 40:67(stage 1, 2), 22:5(stages 1 through 3), 96:1-2(stage 1).
Modern science knows there is no clotting stage in the development of the fetus. We also know that muscles are formed several weeks before there are calcified bones. So where did this “revelation” come from? Greek medicine was highly regarded in Arabia at the time of Mohammed – especially a Greek doctor named Galen. These stages of prenatal development are in agreement with the medical beliefs from Greek medicine at the time the Quran was written.
This leads us to a scientific ommission in the Quran. There is no mention for the female contribution – the female eggs. Primitive peoples – including Arabs – thought that the whole child was in the “seed” of the man. The woman was regarded as the ‘oven’ for the process to be completed. It wasn’t until the 1660s that science began to discover the two components of human reproduction – eggs and sperm.

Milk:
Sura 16:66 says: “We pour out to you from what is within their (the cattle’s) abdomen,
between excretions and blood, milk -pure and agreeable to the drinkers.”
What? The raw materials for milk production are transported via the bloodstream to the mammary glands. The mammary glands produce milk. Milk is NOT made in the blood stream. It is separate from the intestines and blood.

Where does the Sun set?
Where does the sun rise in the morning?
Where does the sun set? Sura 18.86:
Until when he reached the place where the sun set, he found it going down into a black sea, and found by it a people. We said: O Zulqarnain! either give them a chastisement or do them a benefit. (Shakir)
Until, when he reached the setting of the sun, he found it set in a spring of murky water: Near it he found a People: We said: “O Zul-qarnain! (thou hast authority,) either to punish them, or to treat them with kindness.” (Yusef Ali)
Where does the sun rise in the morning? Sura 18: 90:
“Till, when he reached the rising-place of the Sun, he found it rising on a people for whom We had appointed no shelter from it.”
These errors by Allah was based on the belief that the earth was flat. Mohammed did not know that the earth was a sphere which revolved around the sun. Modern muslims attempt to dismiss this as poetry – but this is not part of a poem.
————————————————————————-
What does the Sun and Moon orbit around?
Sura 21:33:
Sahih International: And it is He who created the night and the day and the sun and the moon; all [heavenly bodies] in an orbit are swimming.
Pickthall: And He it is Who created the night and the day, and the sun and the moon. They float, each in an orbit.
Sura 36:38-40:
Sahih International: And the sun runs [on course] toward its stopping point. That is the determination of the Exalted in Might, the Knowing.(38) And the moon – We have determined for it phases, until it returns [appearing] like the old date stalk.(39) It is not allowable for the sun to reach the moon, nor does the night overtake the day, but each, in an orbit,
is swimming.(40)
Pickthall: “And the sun runneth on unto a resting-place for him. That is the measuring of the Mighty, the Wise.(38) And for the moon We have appointed mansions till she return like an old shrivelled palm-leaf.(39) It is not for the sun to overtake the moon, nor doth the night outstrip the day. They float each in an orbit.”(40)
The Quran is stating that both the Sun and Moon have their own orbits.
In recent years, Muslims have claimed that modern science has proven verse 36:40 correct – that the Sun is on an orbit. We now know that our Solar System is in the Milky Way Galaxy and the Milky Way makes one revolution about every 240 million years – one galactic year. The Milky Way Galaxy is believed to have completed 18–20 revolutions during its existence and 1/1250 of a revolution since the origin of humans.
However, Muslims ignore verse 36:38 which is in agreement with verse 18.86 – above – which states the Sun stops at a ‘resting place’ which shows belief in a flat Earth. The Sun does not stop since the Earth is not flat. Verses 36:40 and 21:33 are talking about the orbit of the Sun in relationship to the Moon – which is an error by itself. It is not talking about the 240 million year rotation of the Milky Way. The fact is, the Quran’s “scientific revelations” are nothing more then guesses based on human observations.
Now THIS is scientific revelation. Job 26:7,8 in the Bible:
7: “He stretches out the north over empty space; He hangs the earth on nothing.”
8: “He binds up the water in His thick clouds, Yet the clouds are not broken under it.”
———————————————————————————-
The universe is expanding
Modern science now knows that the universe is expanding. Muslims claim the Quran reveals this expansion of the Universe in 51:47:
Sahih International: And the heaven We constructed with strength, and indeed, We are [its] expander.
Muhammad Sarwar: We have made the heavens with Our own hands and We expanded it.
Pickthall: We have built the heaven with might, and We it is Who make the vast extent (thereof).
Yusuf Ali: With power and skill did We construct the Firmament: for it is We Who create the vastness of space.
Sura 51:47 is similar to verses in the Bible. Undoubtedly, Moslems stole this from the Bible, as they did many other things.
Zechariah 12:1 – New King James Version (NKJV)
The burden of the word of the Lord against Israel. Thus says the Lord, who stretches out the heavens, lays the foundation of the earth, and forms the spirit of man within him:
Isaiah 42:5 – New King James Version (NKJV)
Thus says God the Lord, Who created the heavens and stretched them out, Who spread forth the earth and that which comes from it, Who gives breath to the people on it, And spirit to those who walk on it:
Isaiah 44:24 – New King James Version (NKJV)
Thus says the Lord, your Redeemer, And He who formed you from the womb: “I am the Lord, who makes all things, Who stretches out the heavens all alone, Who spreads abroad the earth by Myself;
Jeremiah 10:12 – New King James Version (NKJV)
He has made the earth by His power, He has established the world by His wisdom, and has stretched out the heavens at His discretion.

5) How do we know Jesus or Mohammed heard from God?
In the Bible, people other than Jesus heard God talk to Jesus. Jesus performed miracles as signs and wonders to prove to the people He was sent from God – which the Quran acknowledges (5:110).
Shakir – [5.110] When Allah will say: O Isa son of Marium! Remember My favor on you and on your mother, when I strengthened you with the holy Spirit, you spoke to the people in the cradle and when of old age, and when I taught you the Book and the wisdom and the Taurat and the Injeel; and when you determined out of clay a thing like the form of a bird by My permission, then you breathed into it and it became a bird by My permission, and you healed the blind and the leprous by My permission; and when you brought forth the dead by My permission; and when I withheld the children of Israel from you when you came to them with clear arguments, but those who disbelieved among them said: This is nothing but clear enchantment.
Asad – [5. 110] Lo! God will say: O Jesus, son of Mary! Remember the blessings which I bestowed upon thee and they mother – how I strengthened thee with holy inspiration, so that thou couldst speak unto men in thy cradle, and as a grown man; and how I imparted unto thee revelation and wisdom, including the Torah and the Gospel; and how by My leave thou didst create out of clay, as it were, the shape of [thy followers’] destiny, and then didst breathe into it, so that it might become, by My leave, [their] destiny; and how thou didst heal the blind and the leper by My leave, and how thou didst raise the dead by My leave; and how I prevented the children of Israel from harming thee when thou camest unto them with all
evidence of the truth, and [when] those of them who were bent on denying the truth were saying, ‘This is clearly nothing but deception!’”
Mohammed never claimed to perform miracles. Mohammed claims he heard the angel Gabriel, but where is the proof. Nobody else heard the angel except Mohammed. So how do we know Mohammed was God’s final prophet? The unbelievers in Mecca asked this exact question. In Suras 13:7, 13:27 and 29:50, the unbelievers demand a sign from Allah as proof that Mohammed is really who he says he is.
Sura 13:7 – Sahih International: “And those who disbelieved say, “Why has a sign not been sent down to him from his Lord?” You are only a warner, and for every people is a guide.”
Sura 29:50 – Sahih International: “But they say, “Why are not signs sent down to him from his Lord?” Say, “The signs are only with Allah , and I am only a clear warner.”
Sura 13:27 – Sahih International: “And those who disbelieved say, “Why has a sign not been sent down to him from his Lord?” Say, [O Muhammad], “Indeed, Allah leaves astray whom He wills and guides to Himself whoever turns back [to Him] -”
Mohammed answers in several ways. In Sura 13:2-4, the Quran recounts the wonders of God’s creation as a sign to the unbelievers. But this only proves that God created these wonders. They do not prove Mohammed is the prophet.
Another answer is in Sura 29:51:
Sahih International: “And is it not sufficient for them that We revealed to you the Book which is recited to them? Indeed in that is a mercy and reminder for a people who believe.”
So Mohammed is saying that the Quran is his proof. This is a meaningless answer. This is like YOU telling everyone you are God’s final prophet. When everyone demands proof you are sent from God, you write a book that says you are God’s final prophet and present this book you just wrote as proof.
Another interesting response is in Sura 13:31 which says even if there was power in the Quran by which “the dead were made to speak.” the unbelievers wouldn’t believe and are doomed to never ending calamity.
Sahih International-13:31: “And if there was any qur’an by which the mountains would be removed or the earth would be broken apart or the dead would be made to speak, [it would be this Qur’an], but to Allah belongs the affair entirely. Then have those who believed not accepted that had Allah willed, He would have guided the people, all of them? And those who disbelieve do not cease to be struck, for what they have done, by calamity – or it will descend near their home – until there comes the promise of Allah. Indeed, Allah does not fail in [His] promise.”
Shakir-13:31: “And even if there were a Quran with which the mountains were made to pass away, or the earth were travelled over with it, or the dead were made to speak thereby; nay! the commandment is wholly Allah’s, Have not yet those who believe known that if Allah please He would certainly guide all the people? And (as for) those who disbelieve, there will not cease to afflict them because of what they do a repelling calamity, or it will alight close by their abodes, until the promise of Allah comes about; surely Allah will not fail in (His) promise.”
In summary, MOHAMMED CANNOT PROVE HE IS THE PROPHET FROM GOD, AND NEITHER CAN THE QURAN. MUSLIMS MUST TAKE HIS WORD FOR IT.

6) The Quran has contradictions.
The truth is there are many contradictions in the Quran. This problem is conveniently solved by the
“doctrine of Abrogation”, whereby a better revelation cancels out another revelation. This doctrine is
revealed in two different verses:
Sura 2:106: “Whatever communications We abrogate or cause to be forgotten, We bring one better than it or like it. Do you not know that Allah has power over all things?” (Shakir transaltion.)
“Any message which we annul or consign to oblivion We replace with a better or a similar one. Do you not know that God has the power to will anything?” (Asad translation.)
Sura 16:101: “And when We change (one) communication for (another) communication, and Allah knows best what He reveals, they say: You are only a forger. Nay, most of them do not know.” (Shakir translation)
“And now that We replace one message by another – since God is fully aware of what He bestows from on high, step by step – they [who deny the truth] are wont to say, “Thou but inventest it!” Nay, but most of them do not understand it! (Asad translation)
Contradictions & Errors
What did Allah create the Human Race from?
Did Allah create the human race from: 1) the earth, 2) clay from black mud 3) clay alone 4) water 5) dust 6) brings out the living from the dead. NOTE: Allah sometimes refers to self as WE.
11:61 Shakir: And to Samood (We sent) their brother Salih. He said: O my people! serve Allah, you have no god other than He; He brought you into being from the earth, and made you dwell in it, therefore ask forgiveness of Him. . .
15:26 Sahih International: And We did certainly create man out of clay from an altered black mud.
15:28 Sahih International: And [mention, O Muhammad], when your Lord said to the
angels, “I will create a human being out of clay from an altered black mud.”
15:33 Sahih International: He said, “Never would I prostrate to a human whom You created out of clay from an altered black mud.”
17:61 Sahih International: And [mention] when We said to the angels, “Prostrate to Adam,” and they prostrated, except for Iblees. He said, “Should I prostrate to one You created from clay?”
32:7 Sahih International: Who perfected everything which He created and began the creation of man from clay.
23:12 Sahih International: And certainly did We create man from an extract of clay.
38:71 Sahih International: [So mention] when your Lord said to the angels, “Indeed, I am going to create a human being from clay.
25:54 Sahih International: And it is He who has created from water a human being and made him [a relative by] lineage and marriage. And ever is your Lord competent [concerning creation].
21:30 Sahih International: Have those who disbelieved not considered that the heavens and the earth were a joined entity, and We separated them and made from water every living thing? Then will they not believe?
24:45 Sahih International: Allah has created every [living] creature from water. And of them are those that move on their bellies, and of them are those that walk on two legs, and of them are those that walk on four. Allah creates what He wills. Indeed, , ,
3:59 Sahih International: Indeed, the example of Jesus to Allah is like that of Adam. He created Him from dust; then He said to him, “Be,” and he was.
30:20 Sahih International: And of His signs is that He created you from dust; then, suddenly you were human beings dispersing [throughout the earth].
35:11 Sahih International: And Allah created you from dust, then from a sperm-drop; then He made you mates. And no female conceives nor does she give birth except with His knowledge. . .
30:19 Sahih International: He brings the living out of the dead and brings the dead out of the living and brings to life the earth after its lifelessness. And thus will you be brought out.

Islam denies that Jesus was crucified on the cross.
Sahih International-4:157: And [for] their saying, “Indeed, we have killed the Messiah, Jesus, the son of Mary, the messenger of Allah.” And they did not kill him, nor did they crucify him; but [another] was made to resemble him to them. And indeed, those who differ over it are in doubt about it. They have no knowledge of it except the following of assumption. And they did not kill him, for certain.
4:158: Rather, Allah raised him to Himself. And ever is Allah Exalted in Might and Wise.
No serious historian doubts the existence or crucification of Jesus Christ. Early historians wrote that Jesus was crucified and these non-Christian historians had no motive to fabricate Christ’s death.
Tacitus, a Roman historian, born in 55 AD, wrote in his Annals (15:44) an explanation of how Emperor Nero, who died in 68 AD, blamed Christians for the great fire of Rome on July 19, 64 A.D. In this passage Tacitus confirms what was common knowledge in the second half of the first century – that Jesus Christ had been crucified:
“Nero fastened the guilt and inflicted the most exquisite tortures on a class hated for their abominations, called Christians by the populace. Christus, from whom the name had its origin, suffered the extreme penalty during the reign of Tiberius at the hands of one of our procurators, Pontius Pilatus, and a most mischievous superstition, thus checked for the moment, again broke out not only in Judea, the first source of the evil, but even in Rome, where all things hideous and shameful from every part of the world find their center and become popular.”

Josephus – was a Jew who became a Roman citizen. In 93 AD, Josephus published his lengthy history of the Jews, called Jewish Antiquities. In book 18.3.3 Josephus wrote:
“About this time there lived Jesus, a wise man, if indeed one ought to call him a man. For he was one who performed surprising deeds and was a teacher of such people as accept the truth gladly. He won over many Jews and many of the Greeks. He was the Messiah. And when, upon the accusation of the principal men among us, Pilate had condemned him to a cross, those who had first come to love him did not cease. He appeared to them spending a third day restored to life, for the prophets of God had foretold these things and a thousand other marvels about him. And the tribe of the Christians, so called after him, has still to this day not disappeared.”
Some scholars believe the type in bold face was inserted later. Even if it was, the rest of the writings prove Jesus existed and was crucified.

Mara bar Serapion was a philosopher in the Roman province of Syria. Serapion, who was believed to be a Pagan, wrote a letter to his son, also named Serapion, which refers to Jesus of Nazareth, calling him a wise king:
“What advantage did the Athenians gain from putting Socrates to death? Famine and plague came upon them as a judgment for their crime. What advantage did the men of Samos gain from burning Pythagoras? In a moment their land was covered with sand. What advantage did the Jews gain from executing their wise king? It was just after that that their kingdom was abolished.”
This letter was probably written between 95 AD and 165 AD.

Julius Africanus (c. 160 – c. 240) was a Christian historian who wrote Chronographiai, a history of the world from Creation to the year AD 221. His work does not survive except in fragments, chiefly by Eusebius and Georgius Syncellus.
Fragment 18 from Syncellus mentions “Our Saviour’s Passion and His Life-Giving Resurrection:”
“. . .and the mysteries of His doctrine, and the resurrection from the dead, these have been most authoritatively set forth by His disciples and apostles before us. On the whole world there pressed a most fearful darkness; and the rocks were rent by an earthquake, and many places in Judea and other districts were thrown down. This darkness Thallus, in the third book of his History, calls, as appears to me without reason, an eclipse of the sun. . .”
Africanus argued that an eclipse of the sun cannot occur during the full moon, as was the case when Jesus died at Passover time. The fact of Jesus’ crucifixion must have been well known by that time, as unbelievers like Thallus (50 AD? to 75 AD?) thought it necessary to explain away the darkness as a natural phenomenon. Thallus argument took the existence of Christ and His death on the cross for granted. Neither Jesus nor the darkness at his death were ever denied as factual.
Africanus continued:
“Phlegon records that, in the time of Tiberius Cæsar, at full moon, there was a full eclipse of the sun from the sixth hour to the ninth—manifestly that one of which we speak. But what has an eclipse in common with an earthquake, the rending rocks, and the resurrection of the dead, and so great a perturbation throughout the universe? Surely no such event as this
is recorded for a long period. But it was a darkness induced by God, because the Lord
happened then to suffer. . .”

In conclusion, the Resurrection is the only conceivable explanation for the beginning of the Christian Faith. Without the resurrection, there is no Christian church. After Christ was crucified, the disciples were terrified and scattered. If Christ had not risen from the dead, the Christian church would never have started. It was only after the risen Christ appeared to the disciples that His followers believed and received power from on high after receiving the Holy Spirit on Pentecost. None of the original Apostles became rich and famous by becoming Christians. Most of the original apostles were tortured and executed. It is inconceivable that the Apostles would live a life of depravation, then face torture and death to perpetuate a myth.

7) There were different versions of the Quran
Mohammed was born in Mecca, in what is now Saudia Arabia and claimed to received his first “revelation” in 609 AD, when he was about 40. About two thirds of the Quran were revealed over the next 13 years. These revelations were written down on leather, white stones, shoulder-blades of cattle and anything else at hand. In 622 AD, Mohammed and his followers were forced to flee to Medina. Over the next 10 years, the last third of the Quran was revealed to Mohammed when he died in June of 632 AD. About a year after Mohammed died, the first Quran was put together by Zaid ibn Thabit at the command of the Khalifa Abu Bakr.
But other Qurans were put together by people who made their own collections of suras, either as they heard them from Mohammed, or by copying them from those who had. Abdeullah Ibn Masud, who was the personal servant of Mohammed, had his own collection of Suras, but this did not include Suras 1,113, and 114. Ubai b. Kab, Mohammed’s secretary after he came to Medina, had his own version, known as Ubai’s codex. There were other collections by Mohammed’s son in law, Ali Ibn Abi talib, and others. As time went on, this issue of who had the correct Quran became extremely contentious. Finally, the third Khalifa, Othman, decided to make sure there were no variations in the Quran. He decided to keep the collection put together by Thabit and ordered all other copies destroyed. If Othman had not ordered all the other copies of the Quran to be burned, there would be four (or more) separate testimonies to its validity. He burned Qurans which were the primary collections, made by eyewitnesses and earwitnesses of what Mohammed said.
Moslems are very fearful about anything that may cast doubt on the accuracy of the Quran. For instance, there are at least 4 ancient Quranic manuscripts – in Istanbul, Tashkent, Cairo and Damascus – that Moslem authorities keep under wraps – the belief being that they differ considerably from the officially recognized version of the Quran.
———————————————————————————–
8) Islam spread by violence.
Islam is NOT a peaceful religion. Defenders of Islam choose to ignore two facts: A) the history of the violent spread of Islam – from the very early days of Islam right up to the present day, and B) What the Quran teaches about non-believers – the infidels.
After receiving his first “revelation” in 609 AD, Mohammed spent the next 13 years trying to peacefully
convert the people of Mecca to Islam. The peaceful and tolerant verses were “revealed” to Mohammed
during this time. In 622, Mohammed was run out of Mecca with no more then 150 followers – probably less. This flight to Medina became known as the Hijra – or ‘flight.” After settling in Medina, the militant “revelations” came to Mohammed and he turned to the sword to convert people to Islam.
In 630 AD, Mohammed, at the head of a 10,000 man army forced Mecca to surrender. In 635, Damascus and Syria were conquered and the following year, Muslims armies reached Persia, modern day Iran. In 641, Egypt was conquered and by 647, Muslims armies reached Armenia in northern Turkey. The Muslim conquests continued on into Europe, where they were defeated in two epic battles. In 732, in the battle of Tours in France, the Muslim army was defeated by a French army under Charles Martel. Gradually, the Muslims were pushed out of France and Spain. In 1683, 15,000 men under Polish King Jan III Sobieski routed a huge Muslim army of over 300,000 men who had Vienna surrounded and were ready to storm the city.
Islam is unique among world religions in having a theological doctrine that mandates violence against non-believers. This is not to say all Muslims want to kill non-believers, but the fact is the verses are there in the Quran for all Muslims to see and act on if they choose.
Moslem apologists often use the Crusades as a justification for Moslem attacks on Christians. This is not a valid comparison. The Crusades were a direct response to Moslem imperialism. If the Moslems armies had not set out to conquer everyone, there never would have been a need for any crusades.
Before Israel existed and even before the United States existed, the Muslims were out to conquer or murder the infidels. In fact, America’s first war after we became a nation was against muslim terrorists – know as the Barbary War – 1801 to 1805. The history of Islam since Mohammed gave up on peaceful conversion has been the violent expansion of Islam. Bin Laden never mentioned the Palestinian – Israeli conflict until AFTER 9/11. Bin Laden was advised to do this to try and get some moral justification for the 9/11 attacks in New York and Washington.
The United States government continues to say the war against terror is not a war against Islam. This is true but the reverse is not true. In “The Religion of Islam” author Maulana Muhammad Ali states “…we find prophecy after prophecy announced in the surest and most certain terms to the effect that the great forces of opposition should be brought to naught…that Islam should spread to the farthest corners of the earth and that it should ultimately be triumphant over all religions of the world.”
To the terrorist Muslims with their widespread support in the Muslim world, this IS a religious war – a war against the infidels and the “Great Satan” – the United States. This is a war that has been ongoing for 14 centuries. The only time there is “peace” with the Muslim world is when they don’t have the capability to conquer an “infidel” nation.
The message of the Prophet Mohammed to the Omani people:
“Peace be upon the one who follows the right path! I call you to Islam. Accept my call, and you shall be unharmed. I am God’s Messenger to mankind, and the word shall be carried out upon the miscreants. If, therefore, you recognize Islam, I shall bestow power upon you. But if you refuse to accept Islam, your power shall vanish, my horses shall camp on the expanse of your territory and my prophecy shall prevail in your kingdom.”(1)

9) Moslem cultural ‘achievements’ was – and is – nothing to admire. It is very inferior to Western Civilization.
Rules for Muslim society varies depending on how liberal or conservative the government is.
Muslim countries then, and now, are essentially religious dictatorships – a Theocracy.
In Muslim theocracies freedom of speech and of the press are limited. The Rule of Law is absent. Sharia Law runs society. Caliphs are the final authority. Women are treated poorly and have few rights.
Muslims have fought many wars – both civil wars and wars against other countries.
Following the death of Muhammad in 632 AD, a dispute arose over who would succeed Muhammad which divided Muslims into two competing groups – Sunnis and Shias.
Sunnis believed the method of electing leaders should be by consensus of the the Muslim community. Sunnis wanted Abu Bakr, the father of Muhammad’s wife Aisha, to succeed Muhammad. Shias believed their ruler must come through Mohammed’s bloodline and that Muhammad divinely ordained his cousin and son-in-law Ali Ibn Abi Talib to be the next ruler. This dispute resulted in the the first muslim civil war and a 1400 year schism between Sunni and Shia Islam.
As the years went on, Islam continued to split into many smaller groups.

Islam had slavery.
The inhumane conditions provoked the biggest slave rebellion in history – the Zanj Rebellion in southern Iraq against the Islamic Abbasid Caliphate. The Zanj were Blacks imported from East Africa and used for agricultural labor in southern Iraq. There had been slave revolts in 689–90 and in 694 but both of these revolts were crushed. The Zoṭṭ, an Indian people, rebelled from 820 to 835. The Zanj revolt of 869 lasted 14 years until the rebel ‘capital’, al-Mukhtarah was captured after a two and a half year siege. The number of people killed in the conflict range from 1.5 million to 2.5 million.(H)
Muslims were involved in the slave trade for centuries and in fact it is still present in some areas. In 2017 it was discovered Libya was selling blacks at slave auctions.(I)

If your wife is disobedient you can strike her:
Sura 4:34 –
“Men are in charge of women by [right of] what Allah has given one over the other and what they spend [for maintenance] from their wealth. So righteous women are devoutly obedient, guarding in [the husband’s] absence what Allah would have them guard. But those [wives] from whom you fear arrogance – [first] advise them; [then if they persist], forsake them in bed; and [finally], strike them. But if they obey you [once more], seek no means against them. Indeed, Allah is ever Exalted and Grand.”

Islam sanctions polygamy(J) – especially for Mohammed.
Allah managed to hand down quite a few “revelations” that sanctioned Muhammad’s personal pursuit of sex at the expense of those around him. Sura 66:1
“O Prophet! why do you forbid (yourself) that which Allah has made lawful for you; you seek to please your wives; and Allah is Forgiving, Merciful.” (Shakir)
Sura 33:50:
“O Prophet! surely We have made lawful to you your wives whom you have given their dowries, and those whom your right hand possesses out of those whom Allah has given to you as prisoners of war, and the daughters of your paternal uncles and the daughters of your paternal aunts, and the daughters of your maternal uncles and the daughters of your maternal aunts who fled with you; and a believing woman if she gave herself to the Prophet, if the Prophet desired to marry her– specially for you, not for the (rest of) believers; We know what We have ordained for them concerning their wives and those whom their right hands possess in order that no blame may attach to you;” (Shakir)

Pedophilic Islamic Marriages.
Islam approves of adults marrying children. This is outlawed under Christianity.
Hadith: Book 008, Number 3309:
‘Aisha (Allah be pleased with her) reported: Allah’s Messenger (May peace be upon him) married me when I was six years old, and I was admitted to his house at the age of nine. She further said: We went to Medina and I had an attack of fever for a month, and my hair had come down to the earlobes. Umm Ruman (my mother) came to me and I was at that time on a swing along with my playmates. She called me loudly and I went to her and I did not know what she had wanted of me. She took hold of my hand and took me to the door, and I was saying: Ha, ha (as if I was gasping), until the agitation of my heart was over. She took me to a house, where had gathered the women of the Ansar. They all blessed me and wished me good luck and said: May you have share in good. She (my mother) entrusted me to them. They washed my head and embellished me and nothing frightened me. Allah’s Messenger (May peace be upon him) came there in the morning, and I was entrusted to him.(K)

Ayatollah Ruhollah Khomenini, the Supreme Leader of the Iranian Islamic revolution in 1979 stated:
“A man can marry a girl younger than nine years of age, even if the girl is still a baby being breastfed. A man, however is prohibited from having intercourse with a girl younger than nine, other sexual acts such as foreplay, rubbing, kissing and sodomy is allowed. Sodomizing the baby is halal (allowed by sharia). A man having intercourse with a girl younger than nine years of age has not committed a crime, but only an infraction, if the girl is not permanently damaged. . .”(L)
There are NO Quranic verses that specifically ban pedophilic marriages.
Even today, in “modern” Islam, child marriage is defended.(M)(N) Pedophilic Islamic Marriages are not done by Muslims in Western democracies.

Music:
The Code of Practice for Muslims in the Western World are as follows: Forbidden music is the music that is suitable for entertainment and amusement gatherings. It is permissible to visit public places where music is being played, even if it is suitable for entertainment and amusement gatherings, provided that one does not intentionally listen to it: for example, waiting areas for visitors, public parks, restaurants and cafes, etc. Even songs of praise dedicated to Muhammad and Imams or the songs that lift the spirits and morale of the fighters and the like are not permitted.(P) “Whoever listens to the entertainment (song and music), lead will be melted inside his ear on the day of judgment.”(Q)
Another source claims that if the music is part of glorifying Allah and His Messenger, this is held to be
permissible by the majority of Scholars. However, if the music is for entertainment and pastime, it is
prohibited.(R)
So if you enjoy music, forget it under fundamental Islam and Sharia law. However, most Muslims in Western countries and some majority Muslim countries ignore this edict and listen to Arabic music. If not, you can always groove down to your favorite Azan (Call to Prayer): https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=otdgbR3yso0

CONCLUSION
There have been plenty of people throughout history who claimed to have received “divine” revelation.
Unless this revelation comes from the God of the Bible, it is false prophesies. The Bible says that Satan is “the father of lies” and “For even Satan disguises himself as an angel of light” (2Cor.11:14). The god of Islam is a false god, not the true God of the Bible.
